This manuscript consists of a book of hours for the use of Rome (Hours of the Virgin, Office of the Dead) and Poitiers (calendar, litany) (source). It is decorated with 38 large miniatures, 20 of which have border scenes; 1 small miniature; and panel borders throughout (source). Its cycle of the Seven Deadly Sins is unusual in that it illustrates the Seven Penitential Psalms (source).
