The coat of arms that appears in several places in this book indicate that it was made for Bonne of Luxembourg, Duchess of Normandy (source). As she died of plague in 1349, this book must predate this (source). The illustrations have been attributed to Jean le Noir and his workshop, active between 1331-1375 (source).
