The remnants of this psalter consist of several full and partial leaves that were formerly bound within Royal 13 D I (source). It contains five colour-and-gold historiated initials, all of which are available online (source).

The manuscript is thought to have been illuminated by the Bohun Workshop, probably for a destination in N. England (source).
