This manuscript was made in Peterborough Abbey, for Abbot Geoffrey of Croyland (d. 1321) (source and source).

Be careful not to confuse this manuscript with another, also often referred to as the Peterborough Psalter, which is 13th Century and held in the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge, UK.
