This manuscript consists of the popular medieval German epic verse tale Rosengarten zu Worms (source and source). It is bound with the Lucidarius, an anonymous medieval book which was the first German-language summa (source and source). This copy is lavishly illustrated with half- and full-page pen-and-ink drawings around which the text is written.
Basic descriptions of the illustrations are provided (in German) by the Universitätsbibliothek Heidelberg with both facsimiles.
